At Home Challenge with Parametric Studio
Parametric Studio is excited to present series of weekly challenge created for those who want to spend quality time at home learning. These challenges will be posted bi-weekly for you and your family to take part in. We will launch the first of our challenges this week and plan to release a new every week this summer!
In order to participate in the challenge, you will only need household items and a free trial for DESCARTES/EDISON software. Requesting a free trial is incredibly simple! Just click the FREE TRIAL button on the website and we will email back to provide access. If your with a school, or an organization that would like to use these challenges as part of your programming or need customization for your organization just note this at the end of the form and we will reach out to you.
As soon as you login you will be able to watch the videos and read the handouts to start the challenge. All activities have a design-build-test challenge at the end! You will always have a cool DESCARTES/EDISON design as memorabilia from your challenge. And if you want you can send us a picture your design and we will post the best ones from the week (instructions and links in the challenge worksheet) and send you a completion certificate!
